She started her career in capital markets, transitioned to SaaS Sales, and then to Venture Capital before founding Amplify in 2022. At Amplify, she is a fractional CRO/CMO, supporting B2B SaaS startups (up to 10mm ARR) with go-to-market strategy and tactical execution. She specializes in founder-led sales enablement and founder-led sales transitions. Jess is also an active angel investor, a venture partner, and a startup advisor.
